Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Meridia Law, APC collects through meridialaw.com and what we do with it. We collect only what you choose to send us, we use it to respond to you, and we do not track your visits.
Information You Send Us
When you use the inquiry form, email us, or call, we receive the information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, the area of law involved, and your message.
Please do not send confidential or time-sensitive information until the firm has confirmed it can represent you. Contacting us does not create an attorney-client relationship.
Information Collected Automatically
This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels, session recording, or other tracking technologies, and it does not load content from advertising or social media services.
Like any website, ours is delivered by a hosting provider, Cloudflare, which processes technical information such as your IP address and browser type in order to serve pages and protect the site from attacks.
How We Use Information
We use the information you send to respond to your inquiry, to check for conflicts of interest, and, if you become a client, to provide legal services. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it with others for their own marketing.
Service Providers
Inquiries sent through the form are delivered to the firm by email through Google Workspace, the firm's email provider. The website is hosted by Cloudflare. These providers process information on our behalf to deliver email and web pages.
Do Not Track
This website does not track visitors over time or across other websites, so there is no tracking for a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal to turn off. The site works the same way whether or not your browser sends one.
Retention and Security
We keep inquiries as long as needed to respond, to maintain conflict-check records, and to meet our professional obligations, and we protect them with reasonable safeguards. No method of sending information over the internet is completely secure.
Your Choices
You can ask us to review, correct, or delete the information you sent us, subject to our professional and legal obligations.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to This Policy
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
